Excellent service for a great price, as a tradesmen myself it’s easy to see who takes pride in their work, jay is one of them. He arrived on time and offered me great professional advise to make sure we don’t have any future problems, he gets the job done right and to a very high standard, I would highly recommend his workmanship to anyone.

  called these lads upon recommendation from a closre friend. they came promptly and wore masks during this horrible time. the last would I had turned up a day late and left me a quote that was which was way to high. these lads are definitely going to get further work from us. we need tiles removing to get to a pipe that was leaking and causing damp behind our fixed cabinets. James and the lads had no issues with it only been a small job. the job was done within 24 hours and not had an issue since. I'm normally skeptical with using people I don't no but H1 has definitely dome us proud. all the best for 2022 lads and thanks again

  Well what a bloody amazing service!!!! We have had 3 plumbers out before H1 came out to fix our heating system. He has given 100% effort to get us sorted, working all sorts of late night hours and the weekend! Cannot fault this service! Great price, and explained every single part of what he was doing to ensure we know what to do when he leaves! Highly recommend to EVERYONE. We will not be using anyone else

  They say every girl wants to find her Prince Charming - wrong. What every girl wants to find is a plumber that can fulfil her bathroom dreams - enter H1 Plumbing and Heating! After unearthing an array of problems on completing the purchase of a house, the grand bathroom plans had to be scaled back. I asked Jay to come round and see what he could do to try and match my budget and my vision. Jay worked tirelessly to plan and design the bathroom that would give me a feeling of luxury, without breaking the bank. We spent a good few hours talking through designs, options for the suite and fixtures and fittings, relocating the toilet and sink, knocking a wall down, tile and flooring design until I was happy and even when I changed my mind about the sinks few days before the job began, Jay was more than accommodating. There was never any pushing to spend more money, in fact, he advocated saving money on things that really were not needed. From the day the job began, Jay sent me regular updates about the progress being made and on returning home each night, everywhere had been cleaned and tidied. From start to finish, Jay handled every aspect of the project: the rip out, new electrics, new pipe work, tiling, delivery of the new suite, flooring installation, the installing of the new suite and the final fixtures and fittings. He even managed to squeeze in replacing the cloakroom toilet and sink with something more modern and used the left tiles from the shower to create a splashback that continued the theme from upstairs. The rest of the house may be worn and every slow slightly crumbling, but there is a little bit of luxury and heaven in one room now. A massive massive thank you!
